By purchasing any product from Cela Research, you agree fully and unconditionally to the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not complete a purchase.

1. Research Use Only (Mandatory and Non-Negotiable)

All products sold by Cela Research are exclusively for laboratory research use.
They are NOT intended or approved for:

  • human use

  • animal use

  • consumption

  • injection

  • inhalation

  • topical application

  • clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or recreational purposes

Any attempt to use, encourage, or repurpose products outside of lawful laboratory research is a violation of these Terms.

2. Buyer Responsibilities & Legal Eligibility

By purchasing, you declare that:

  • You are legally allowed to acquire research materials.

  • You are trained and qualified to handle experimental chemicals.

  • You have proper storage, equipment, and controlled lab space.

  • You understand risks associated with experimental materials.

  • You accept FULL responsibility after products leave our facility.

Cela Research is NOT liable for injuries, damages, claims, or losses caused by:

  • misuse

  • improper handling

  • unsafe storage

  • unauthorized distribution

  • reselling

  • or violation of applicable laws

Buyer assumes all risks from the moment the package is delivered.

3. Refund & Return Policy (Strict Enforcement)

Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of research materials, our refund policy is extremely strict and applies to ALL orders.

✔ What IS eligible for a refund:

A. Purity Issue (Below 98%)

If a product arrives AND is verified to test below 98% purity, the buyer is entitled to:

  • a full refund and

  • a replacement item at no cost

Conditions:

  • Buyer must provide lab documentation supporting the purity claim.

  • Claim must be made within 10 days of package delivery.

  • Product must be stored properly during this period.

  • Damages caused by improper handling or storage void the guarantee.

B. Shipping Damage (Physical Damage from Carrier)

If an item arrives broken, leaked, or visibly damaged from transit:

  • Buyer receives a refund only

  • Replacement is not automatically provided

  • Buyer may reorder the item at regular cost

Conditions:

  • Must be reported within 10 days of delivery

  • Must include clear photos of product AND packaging

  • Damage due to improper storage after delivery is not eligible

❌ What is NOT eligible for refund or return:

  • Opened, used, tampered, or contaminated products

  • Loss of potency due to buyer mishandling or storage

  • Claims made after 10 days post-delivery

  • Packages exposed to heat, cold, moisture, or sunlight due to buyer negligence

  • Buyer remorse or ordering mistakes

  • Any attempt to return products after they leave our facility (unless explicitly approved for a purity/damage dispute)

All refund decisions require verification by Cela Research.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Compliance

Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and international laws regarding purchase and use.

Cela Research may:

  • refuse shipping to restricted locations

  • cancel suspicious orders

  • hold orders for verification

  • deny orders that appear high-risk or unlawful

5. Limitation of Liability

All products are sold “AS IS” with no warranties, express or implied.

Cela Research is not liable for:

  • direct damages

  • indirect damages

  • incidental damages

  • misuse

  • personal injury

  • property damage

  • reselling or redistribution issues

  • loss of profits

  • or any consequences of improper or unlawful use

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cela Research, its owners, and affiliates from all claims related to use or misuse.

6. Order Refusal & Termination of Transactions

Cela Research reserves the right to:

  • refuse service

  • cancel any order

  • permanently ban customers

  • terminate future transactions

…if we suspect intended misuse, policy violations, or unlawful behavior.

No explanation is required for order termination.

7. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, you confirm that:

  • You have read these Terms in full

  • You understand them without confusion

  • You agree to all restrictions

  • You acknowledge all limitations of liability

  • You accept the strict refund/return policy

  • You understand products are not for human use

If you cannot comply with these Terms, do not purchase from Cela Research.
